Download Troubles
If you have purchased a digital download, you must create an account here on this site at the time of your purchase. After payment is completed, log into your account to retrieve your download.
If you have any problems getting your downloads, please contact me immediately at dani@danijones.com.
Shipping
Shipping is free to anywhere in the United States. All other orders must pay an additional $10.
Please allow about a week for me to package and ship your items. Commissions take longer depending on my current schedule and complexity of the commission. You may email me or send a note with your purchase if you would like an estimated shipping time for your commission.
Product Requests and Inquiries
If you want a product featuring artwork you’ve seen on my website or other online sites and it is not available here, you’re welcome to send me an email with a request.
Viewing Digital Files
PDF’s – You must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to read PDF files. You can download it for free at Adobe’s website.
If you have an iPhone or iPad, there are several apps available to read PDF’s. Apple's iBooks application works well. I also recommend GoodReader.

CBZ’s – .cbz files are the standard files for reading comic books on digital comic readers. I recommend ComicZeal for the iPad/iPhone.

Videos – All videos are encoded using Quicktime using H.264 and AAC codecs. They are compatible on iPod Touches, iPhones, and iPads.
Please refer to the software developer’s or hardware manufacturer’s instructions for specific details about reading or transferring the files.
